Menopause Treatment Surrey

I have helped countless women regain energy, clarity, confidence and emotional balance:

"I can’t thank Suzie enough for the incredible support she’s given me through my menopause journey. From the very first consultation, she made me feel completely understood and reassured. Suzie took the time to really listen to my concerns and created a personalised plan that addressed my specific needs and challenges"

What is the Menopause?

The menopause signals the natural end of a woman’s reproductive years. It typically happens around the age of 51 but symptoms can begin much earlier during what we call the perimenopause. For many women, this can be one of the most challenging times in their life, emotionally, mentally and physically.

Many women are told that synthetic hormone replacement therapy (HRT) is their only option but this is simply not true. Suzie offers a natural menopause alternative treatment, helping women manage symptoms naturally, safely and effectively.

If you're thinking about hormone replacement therapy, Suzie can also guide you through the information available, helping you feel informed and confident in deciding whether HRT is the right choice for you.

Appointments are available in person or online, so whether you live in Surrey or beyond, Suzie can help.

What They Are Saying

Menopause Symptoms

Many women who experience menopause symptoms find they affect family life, work and relationships. There are over 30 well-known symptoms which include:

  • Night sweats and hot flashes
  • Recurring urinary tract infections
  • Irregular or heavy bleeding
  • Headaches
  • Low libido
  • Digestive issues
  • Weight gain
  • Depression and anxiety
  • Brain fog and poor concentration
  • Joint pain & fatigue

Hormone levels, especially oestrogen, drop significantly during menopause, triggering a wide range of these symptoms. Combined with nutritional deficiencies, stress and adrenal fatigue, this can make them worse. Suzie looks at the whole picture, helping you rebalance naturally and reduce your risk of long-term health conditions like osteoporosis, heart disease, and dementia.

Personalised Hormone Testing in Surrey

Suzie also offers advanced hormone testing to better understand what stage of menopause you're in. Using a comprehensive saliva hormone panel kit, Suzie will track your progesterone and oestrogen levels throughout an entire month. Unlike a single-time-point blood test often used by doctors, this method captures hormonal fluctuations over time, giving a much clearer picture of your hormonal health.

While these tests won’t directly treat menopause symptoms, they provide valuable insight, allowing Suzie to identify specific imbalances and understand how stress might be impacting your energy levels and overall wellbeing.
