I’m Suzie Sawyer, a fully qualified nutritionist in Surrey, and the founder of Nutrition Lifestyle. I work one-to-one with clients who want to take control of their health and feel better in their everyday lives with personalised nutrition advice that’s practical, achievable, and designed around you.

If you're feeling low on energy, dealing with ongoing health issues, or simply unsure which foods best support your body, you're not alone and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself. I’m here to help you cut through the confusion and find a clear, sustainable path to better health.

What You Can Expect from Your Consultation

Your initial consultation lasts around 75 minutes and takes place via Zoom, so you can join from the comfort and privacy of your own home. It’s an in-depth session where we’ll explore your full health story, your current symptoms, personal goals, medical background, eating habits, lifestyle, stress levels, and anything else that could be impacting your wellbeing.

Based on this, I’ll create a bespoke nutrition and lifestyle plan tailored specifically to your needs. My aim is to make it simple for you to get started with realistic, step-by-step changes that fit into your life, not disrupt it.
