Seminars ran by Nutrition Lifestyle are extremely interactive and motivational. Typically suited to groups of between 10 to 20 delegates (although this can be tailored to suit your organisation), they provide practical tips on topics including: healthy eating whilst holding down a stressful job, balancing the challenges of home and family life, stress management and sleeping easy. We have a wide range of topics on offer and will work with your business to create the perfect seminar for your workplace.
Workshops typically last around 60 minutes, making them ideal for interactive lunchtime sessions. Half day and full day seminars are also available and individual diagnostic tests can be arranged.
I am Suzie Sawyer and I am the founder of Nutrition Lifestyle. As a Clinical Nutritionist, I am passionate about improving people's wellbeing and health through nutrition. Our aim is to inform, motivate, educate and empower, helping people to improve their health and wellbeing.
