Nutritional Lifestyle work with a number of businesses across Brighton and the surrounding areas. We offer one-to-one nutritional consultations or dedicated health and wellbeing workshops within your workplace.
We are passionate about wellbeing at work and we make it the goal to improve performance within your company via promoting physical and emotional wellbeing. We are proud to say that our workshops reduce absenteeism, encourage staff retention and team building.
Our workplace seminars are interactive and motivational - perfect for groups between 10 and 20 delegates (although this can be tailored to suit your needs). The workshops provide practical advice on many topics including: healthy eating whilst holding down a busy job, balancing home and family life, suppressing stress and getting a good night's sleep. We offer a wide range of topics and we work to create your perfect seminar to suit your workplace.
Our workshops last around 1 hour, making them an ideal activity for a lunchtime session. We also can run half day and full day seminars or individual diagnostic tests if this is a requirement.
My name is Suzie Sawyer and I founded Nutrition Lifestyle. I am a qualified Clinical Nutritionist and I value improving people's health and wellbeing through nutrition. I believe that the benefits of nutritional advice goes as far as to inform, motivate, empower and educate people.
We work with a range of clients including SMEs, journalists, blue chips, PRs and individuals. I work with a number of renowned food supplement manufacturers - formulating food supplement products and providing regulatory advice for advertising material and labelling.
We are very proud of our work. Here is what one client had to say about working with us:
I just wanted to take a moment to thank you on behalf of myself, the No 10 staff and the Cabinet Office who attended your ‘ten to ten’ – how to survive snack attacks! presentation today. Many of those present spoke to me afterwards to inform me of how interesting and inspirational your talk was.
