Expert Nutritionist in Woking

Hi, I’m Suzie Sawyer, a fully qualified Nutritionist in Woking and founder of Nutrition Lifestyle. I specialise in helping individuals who feel constantly fatigued, frustrated by persistent symptoms or just overwhelmed by conflicting dietary advice.

If you’re battling low energy, struggling with ongoing health concerns or simply want to feel more in tune with your body, I’m here to guide you with clear, evidence-based nutrition advice.

Why Work with a Nutritionist?

Modern life can take its toll on your health – physically and mentally. Whether you're dealing with bloating, poor sleep, skin issues, hormonal imbalances or simply want to eat better, working with a qualified nutritionist gives you access to professional support and real results.

I work with clients locally in Woking and across the UK via secure online video consultations.

What to Expect from Your Consultation

Our work together begins with a comprehensive 75-minute video consultation (via Zoom), where I take the time to understand your full health picture. We’ll explore:

  • Your complete health history and current symptoms
  • Lifestyle habits, stress levels and daily routines
  • Your relationship with food and emotional eating patterns
  • Any diagnoses, medications or relevant medical background

This deep-dive ensures I understand every aspect of your health so we can move forward with confidence and clarity.

Tailored Nutrition & Lifestyle Plans

Following your initial consultation, you’ll receive a bespoke nutrition and lifestyle plan designed to fit seamlessly into your life. Your plan may include:

  • Personalised food guidance and easy nutrition swaps
  • Meal planning ideas that suit your routine
  • Energy-boosting strategies, stress support and sleep tips
  • Supplement recommendations, if appropriate

I won’t overwhelm you with unrealistic changes, instead I’ll provide manageable steps to help you feel better, one day at a time.

What They Are Saying

Supporting Your Health

When your body doesn’t feel quite right  but the reasons remain unclear, it can be deeply frustrating. No matter if your symptoms are recent or have persisted for years, I will provide clear, personalised guidance to help you understand what’s going on and how to move forward with confidence.

Common Issues I Support

Clients seek my support for a wide range of concerns, including:

  • Ongoing digestive discomfort (such as IBS, bloating or reflux)
  • Hormonal imbalances – including PMS, perimenopause and menopause
  • Low energy, burnout or chronic fatigue
  • Weight challenges – healthy, sustainable loss or management
  • Food sensitivities and unexplained symptoms
  • Poor sleep, low mood, frequent infections or skin conditions

Each person is unique so rather than treating symptoms in isolation, I focus on uncovering the root causes and supporting the body as a whole.

When You’ve Tried Everything Else

Many of my clients have seen multiple practitioners before finding me. They’ve often been told everything looks “normal” – but still feel unwell. If this sounds familiar, I want to reassure you: it is possible to feel better.

My work is centred on providing clarity and a structured path forward – so you can stop guessing and start feeling like yourself again.

Together, we focus on:

  • Identifying key imbalances or stressors affecting your health
  • Making gradual but effective changes that fit into daily life
  • Building resilience and improving long-term wellbeing
